A PS1-era horror creature — a gaunt, jawless-skulled scarecrow with mitten claws and a jawbone
trophy strung round its neck. 982 triangles, a 256×256 texture in 32 colours, a compact IK rig,
8 skin variants and 5 animations whose secondary motion is simulated, not hand-posed.
What you get
- Blender source. Mesh, rig and all five actions in one .blend. Actions carry fake users, so nothing is lost on save. Rig controls use Rigify's own widget set and colour palette — it reads like any rig you've used.
- 8 texture variants. 256×256 diffuse PNGs, 32 colours each with ordered dithering, ambient occlusion baked into the albedo: flesh, pale, burnt, rot, blood, frost, dirt, tar. Swap the image node, nothing else changes.
- Built for flat shading. Hard facets, nearest-neighbour filtering, no smoothing groups — the crunch is in the asset, not in a post filter.
- Clean topology. Pure triangles, single UV channel inside 0–1, no overlaps, weights normalised.
Animations
All in place — no root motion, drops straight into a locomotion blend. 24 fps. The three gaits close on themselves; NOTICE ends on the same alert pose that ATTACK starts from, so they chain without a blend.
